If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order in www.runpadel.com we offer a money back guarantee of up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period the order cannot be returned, except in those cases where the product has a manufacturing defect covered by the brand warranty.
Promotional gift products, discount vouchers, coupons or similar are not refundable.

If your order is on time for return, you must follow these steps to start the process:

3. Return to the online store and then enter the six-digit verification code.
4. Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.
5. If your order has more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
6. Select a reason for return and add a note to the store.
7. Click **Request Return**. If your return request is approved and requires shipping,
you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Prepare your Package: Protect the product(s) to be returned. Please make sure the product is well packed in its original bag and protected with an opaque bag or box to avoid damage in transit. Do not forget to include the invoice or packing slip in the package.

Cost of Return
RETURNS AT PICKUP POINTS - FREE OF CHARGE
Returns made through the pickup points indicated by our transport service will be totally FREE.
HOME PICKUP RETURNS
The cost for returns requesting home pickup within the Peninsula and Balearic Islands will be 3.95 ¤.
This amount will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded if you use our home collection service.
In the returns will not be reimbursed the amounts of the shipping costs of orders
less than 50€ or promotional gift products, discount vouchers, coupons or similar will not be refunded.

Product Warranty
The warranty period is subject to the policy of each brand.
The time required to process the return of a product covered by warranty depends on the brand.
The amount covered by the warranty is the amount paid for the product.
